A delegation of senior Russian officials visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan and laid flowers at the monument commemorating the victims of this tragedy.

The delegation includes Mikhail Shvydkoy, Special Representative of Russian President on International Cultural Cooperation; Igor Maslov, Chief of the Russian Presidential Directorate for Interregional Relations and Cultural Contacts with Foreign Countries; Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education; and a number of other officials in Yerevan.

The Russian delegation has arrived in Armenia to participate in the Russian-Armenian scientific and educational forum, which will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.
