Azerbaijan has fired at an Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) farmer who was doing agricultural work, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Artsakh Police.
At around 4pm Sunday, the adjacent Azerbaijani combat positions fired—with various firearms—at Mikayel Mezhlumyan, 22, a resident of Murishen village of the Martuni region of Artsakh, while he was carrying out agricultural work with a tractor in the field.
Agricultural work was stopped as a result of the shooting.
The respective report was conveyed to the Russian peacekeeping troops in Artsakh.
