We reaffirm our principled position that the illegal blocking of the [Berdzor] Lachin Corridor must be removed, and the [ceasefire] regime established by the tripartite statement of November 9 must be restored. Armenia has no authority and cannot discuss issues related to other ways of delivering goods to [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan said, answering questions of the press.

"Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan reached an agreement on the Lachin Corridor with the tripartite statement of November 9, and the signatures of the leaders of the three countries are available under this agreement," he noted.

The Armenian Foreign Minister considers it noteworthy that the international partners in their public statements have also emphasized that there is no alternative to removing the blockade of the Lachin Corridor and that various references to other roads cannot be considered as an alternative to the removal of the blockade of the Lachin Corridor, which is Azerbaijan's direct obligation.

“Once again, it is necessary to remind about the legally binding decisions of the International Court of Justice of February 22 and July 6, 2023, which unconditionally confirm our position,” Mirzoyan added.
