Azerbaijani foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who arrived in Budapest on an official visit, assured at the meeting with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto that "Armenian residents use Lachin the road every day."

But it is known to everyone that such a statement is a lie.

At present, the Lachin corridor is used solely by seriously ill Nagorno-Karabakh residents who are transported, with the mediation and escorting of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), to Armenia for medical treatment. And despite the ICRC emblem on the vehicles transporting these persons, the Azerbaijani authorities present these persons as "freely moving people."

Such lies and such attitude towards human rights clearly show how Azerbaijan treats the rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
