YEREVAN. – Turkey accepted Azerbaijan’s and Pakistan’s aid only because they send it without asking Turkey, Turkish MFA responded to Hurriyet newspaper and added that they could not but send back the aid.

Whereas Turkey refused aid from U.S., Greece and Poland, as well as Armenia, with which Ankara has no diplomatic relations.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolence to the Turkish President and offered aid, but Turkey denied it.

Major earthquake of 7.2 magnitude occurred in the eastern part of Turkey at 03.40 p.m. Yerevan time on October 23. Armenia registered the earthquake of 3-5 magnitude.
