The European Union has extended sanctions against Iran, adding six individuals and five organizations to the blacklist for providing military assistance to Russia in the conflict in Ukraine. This is stated in the Official Journal of the EU, which published the relevant regulations.
The document states that "Russia is using Iranian-made UAVs" during a special military operation in connection with which the EU imposes sanctions against Iran.
The blacklist includes, in particular, Iranian companies that develop and produce components for UAVs in Iran, as well as representatives of their management and scientific specialists.
