The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Mher Grigoryan, could not participate in the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government, in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, due to his busy schedule. The reasons are of a technical nature. This was reported by the ambassador of Armenia to Belarus, Razmik Khumaryan, according to the Telegram channel of You Were Listening to Mayak radio.

"I have received a task to represent the [Armenian] delegation, and that's why I have returned from Minsk. It has nothing to do with deterioration of relations," the ambassador noted.
