YEREVAN. – Armenian MOD held round-table discussion on the occasion of International Human Rights Day headed by Deputy MOD Ara Nazaryan on Saturday.

MOD, Armed Forces and military study institution representatives participated in the discussion, MOD press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. Issues on human rights protection, raising legal awareness in the Armed Forces were discussed. Measures are taken to include Human rights in the Armed Forces course.

There is an effective cooperation between Armenian MOD and Human Rights Defense Office on the issues of human rights protection in the Armed Forces. Heads of all military units are assigned to take measures on raising legal awareness of servicemen.
