A resolution, entitled "Nagorno-Karabakh: Peace Forum," was debated on and passed at the National Council, the lower house of the Swiss parliament, the Federal Assembly, on Monday.
The resolution was tabled by National Council member Erich Vontobel.
Swiss foreign minister Ignazio Cassis also participated in the debates.
The resolution was passed with 96 votes in favor, 80 against, and 16 abstentions.
