YEREVAN. – Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: After the change of power in the RA [in 2018], the obvious polarization and selective processes do not bypass almost any sphere. In fact, the [incumbent] authorities do not look at people's professionalism, and they simply divide them into "blacks" and "whites."

Although there are constant accusations that not having sufficient staff, the authorities do not pay attention to the words of other specialists and analysts, according to Past newspaper’s information, they have now compiled a "blacklist" of analysts. A special instruction has been issued on who should be included in the pro-government media, whose posts should be published, whose—not, which analysts should be “ignored,” which should be "listened to" in the government, no matter what kind of specialists they are, and to what extent they can make important and constructive observations, and what experience they have.

The priority should be to what extent they are "their own," and to what extent they operate "within the line" of the authorities.
