YEREVAN. – Past daily of Armenia writes: The [opposition] Prosperous Armenia Party [(PAP)] delegation, which was sent to Moscow on a business trip to meet with Russian political circles, has returned yesterday.
The sources of Past newspaper report that the PAP delegation was highly received; a number of substantive meetings took place—both with representatives of the ruling United Russia party and with other officials, discussing with them the war unleashed against Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] and the vision of establishing long-lasting peace.
By the way, our sources also confirm the circulated information that a letter in a closed envelope was recently transferred to PAP chairman Gagik Tsarukyan from high-ranking Russian political circles.
The PAP members give no comment both on the details of the visit or, moreover, on the content of the letter.
