Zhoghovurd daily writes: When Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced yesterday that he had signed—with Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and Russian Federation’s President Vladimir Putin—a declaration of cessation of the war in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)], protests broke out in various points of the [Armenian] capital Yerevan, [and] which quickly turned into riots.

Thus, in parallel with the decision on the Artsakh issue, the work of the [Armenian] government and the National Assembly was paralyzed yesterday.

However, it is apparent from yesterday's events that such incidents could still continue, and this means that the work of the legislative and the executive [branches of power in Armenia] is being questioned.

Besides, in general, it seems that there are difficulties now—first of all for the representatives of the halls of power, towards whom there is now a climate of intolerance (…).
