The health state of 130 people wounded in Perm nightclub (Russia) is esteemed as grave, RF Minister of Health and Social Development Tatiana Golikova informed President Dmitry Medvedev.

The death toll rose to 103. At the moment 28 bodies are identified, Interfax reports.

Under preliminary data, the unsanctioned use of outdoor fireworks caused the accident. No explosive devices were found in the accident site.
