Unauthorized demonstration followed the rally organized by Kurdistan Democratic Party in Semdinli district in Hakkari province (south-eastern Turkey).

According to Turkish Internethaber e-source, policemen tried to hinder the rally, however the demonstrators stoned the police, that used tear gas. The protestors burnt Turkish flag, stoned police building and local office of the ruling Justice and Development party. As a result eight Kurds got coped.

Earlier, skirmishes between Kurds and local police broke out in Diarbekir. One protestor was killed, however the protests last for already 10 days. The demonstrators demand improvement of imprisonment conditions for their leader Abdullah Ocalan.
