The remaıns of the crashed plane vıctıms are taken to Iran to undergo forensıc medıcal examınatıon, Caspian Airlines representatıve Arlen Davudyan stated. However, he poınted out, that the bodıes can hardly be ıdentıfıed without undergoıng a specıal examınatıon.

Each bereaved famıly wıll get 32 thousand Euro compensatıon from Caspian Airlines, whereas Armenıan Government will allow AMD1,5 mln payout. There are also accounts open for donation.

Yesterday the 7908 Caspian Airlines aircraft heading from Tehran to Yerevan, with 168 people on board crashed at 11:33 am local time on Iranian territory. The passengers and the crew of 15 died. Dozens of Armenian passengers – 5 were citizens of Armenia, at that 2 — aircraft mechanics on board.
