Oil prices are rising on Monday morning amid uncertainty over prospects for Middle East peace settlement.
On the ICE Futures stock exchange in London, Brent oil futures for August delivery were trading at $93.01 a barrel, up $1.89 (2.07%) from the previous close. They had fallen $1.58 (1.70%) to $91.12 a barrel on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), WTI oil futures for July delivery were up $2.21 (2.53%) to $89.57 a barrel. In the previous trading session, their price decreased by $1.54 (1.73%), reaching $87.36 per barrel.
