Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin intended to visit Armenia, however financial crisis made him change his plans, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan told journalists on December 14, 2009.

According to him, Russian Premier’s plans remain in force, however the terms are yet unclear. “Each day global crisis brings about new changes, but there is no doubt over his intention,” Sargsyan outlined.

Tigran Sargsyan invited his Russian counterpart to pay an official visit to Yerevan within the framework of his visit to Moscow in February end, 2009.
