US Vice President Joe Biden will visit Ukraine and Georgia next week. His Foreign Policy Adviser Tony Blinkens informed, that Biden will deliver a speech in Kiev and Tbilisi on US relations with Georgia and Ukraine. Biden intends to meet with local authorities of both countries and opposition representatives.
Azerbaijani media reported that Biden will also have a short visit to Baku.
