Earlier the agency informed that an alarm was received at 1.25 p.m. from the Delmar restaurant in Armenia’s Gyumri, Shirak Region, on Tuesday. The caller said an explosive was planted in the restaurant. A regional rescue group has arrived at the site to conduct a search.
