Armenia-Azerbaijan summit talks brought no concrete results and Turkish side, ready to hold meetings with Baku and Yerevan, postponed Armenia-Turkey meeting to September, Turkish Sabah newspaper informs.

Turkish part, intending to improve Armenian-Turkish relations and settle Karabakh conflict simultaneously, will start a dialogue with Yerevan and Baku after unsuccessful Armenian-Azerbaijani leaders’ meeting in Moscow. Turkish high rank officials plan to visit both capitals.

Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Turkey failed to meet last month. Now Ankara plans to meet with Armenia during the UN session in mid September. Both sides will discuss 22 April announced but not yet presented “Road map.” Armenian party claims “the ball” is on Turkish side. An Armenian official told Sabah that Armenian authorities are concerned about the fact Armenia-Turkey rapprochement and Karabakh issue settlement are simultaneous processes. The official says Ankara is responsible for suspending the improvement of Armenian-Turkish relations.
