Today is the campaign silence day before the polling stations open on January 17 in Ukraine. Thereafter, no campaign activities are allowed.
Tomorrow, Ukrainians has to decide on 18 presidential candidates, including Viktor Yushenko, Premier Yulia Tymoshenko and Party of Regions leader Viktor Yanukovych.
According to Central Election Commission of Ukraine, 36m 577 thousand 763 voters are registered in the country. 3.149 official foreign observers will monitor the elections.
However, experts claim that none of the candidates will gain majority of votes on Sunday and the second round is inevitable.
The day before, candidates delivered their final speeches.
