January 27, 2010 NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed several laws on making changes to NKR laws “On Education”, “On State Educational Inspection”, “On Licensing” and “On State Duty”, law on making a change and amendment to the NKR laws “On Value Added Tax”, as well as NKR laws “On Legal Deposit Copy of Documents” and “On Universal Education”, NKR Presidential Press service reports.
