RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan addressed a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Armenian Army.

The message particularly reads: “Eighteen years ago, when the Armenian national army was formed, the dream of an independent state that Armenian people had been cherishing came true. Now it is a guarantee of peace and stability in our state. At present, we can say with pride that the Armed Forces have undergone essential changes in all respects, and I am confident the continuing reforms will guarantee Armenian soldiers’ worthy service, prosperity and efficiency.

I congratulate the personnel of the Armed Forces on the Armenian Army Day, wish them every health, firm will and new achievements in performing their important duties of honor.”
