March 5, RA Constitutional Court will consider an application of Nikol Pashinyan on declaring elections in the 10th constituency of Yerevan invalid based on his application submitted on January 22. The application will be considered in oral form.

Chief editor of oppositional Haykakan Zhamanak daily Nikol Pashinyan appealed to RA CC on January 22, meanhwile presenting the protocols on violations made by his accredited agents in ballot stations.

Under the decision by constituency election commission, Ara Simonyan – National Unity party candidate won the elections with 6850 votes, whereas Nikol Pahinyan polled 4650.
