If Turkey ratifies the Protocols, it will show a certain agreement was reached on Karabakh conflict settlement, Levon Zurabyan, Central Office Coordinator, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), told journalists Feb. 2. He added that the Armenia-Turkey reconciliation and Karabakh peace process are interrelated processes.

“The position, presented by authorities that the two processes are not linked, is a deceptive one. Neither of the problems can be solved with the other remaining unsolved,” said Zurabyan.
