Relatives and friends of TU-154 air crash victims submitted a 14-point resolution to Caspian Airlines and Iranian authorities, Armenian Iranians news portal reports. A day before the document was presented to company representatives.
The Caspian Airlines employees invited the protesters in intending to give explanations, however protesters demanded that the responsible representatives to come out and give them the explanations.
The protest action was organized spontaneously by victims’ relatives. It was peaceful, until a photo-reporter of “Alik” daily Artem Gharibyan was arrested when tried to shoot the protest action.
on July 15 Caspian Airlines plane heading from Iran to Yerevan, flight 7908 with 168 people on board crashed at 11:33 a.m. local time on Iranian territory. The passengers and the crew of 15 were reported dead. As per the preliminary data, of 37 passengers – 5 were Armenian citizens, at that 2 — aircraft mechanics.
