Chairman of Armeconombank Board of Directors Saribek Sukiasyan, brother of Khachatour Sukiasyan and Director of “Ararat” mall Artash Stepanyan are still in police department. Sukisyan’s lawyer Yervand Varosyan told NEWS.am that today 72 hours allowed for detention expire. Afterwards, policemen have to either nail on charge or free him.

Asked about forecasts on further developments, the lawyer said: “After the detention we can’t pick up the logic of policemen’s actions, as there was no warrant for detention.”

Sukiasyan was arrested on Feb. 12 charged with allegedly obtaining someone’s signature duressing by menaces.
