Turkish Seljuk University Professor Ibrahim Dulger participated in the event organized by Turkish nationalists and Azeris devoted to Khojalu events. He scalped Turkish President Abdullah Gul for policy on Armenia-Turkey reconciliation.
According to Turkish Memlekethaber website, the professor condemned Gul, saying: “May God fix the one who will attempt to open border with Armenia both in this and the other world.”
