On 12 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Artsakh State University and met the students and teaching staff of the university.
In the course of the meeting the Head of the State introduced the attendees the main indices of the county’s socioeconomic development in 2009 and action plan for the year of 2010.
The President subsequently answered questions raised by the students.
