RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on the removal of Samvel Farmanyan from the position of RA Presidential Press Secretary and appointment to the post of Director of Newscast and Information Analytical Programs on RA Public TV and Radio.
Under another presidential decree, Armen Arzumanyan was appointed RA Presidential Press Secretary.
