At the joint press-conference with Serbian President Boris Tadic on July 28 Armenian President stated he would go to Turkey if Armenian-Turkish border is open or in the threshold of opening. Serzh Sargsyan’s statement caused a reaction in Turkish press termed as a rude answer to Turkey.
