Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglaryan and Mayor of Odessa (Ukraine) Eduard Gurvits held a meeting on the sidelines of the 18th plenary session of the Congress of Local and Regional authorities in Strasbourg, March 16-19.
The sides agreed to strengthen the relations between the twin cities.
