YEREVAN. – Armenian Vice Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan has left for Strasbourg to participate in the 25th session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.

During the plenary session Armen Gevorgyan will deliver a speech in the context of Armenia’s presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

He is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the leadership of the Council of Europe, rapporteurs on Armenia in the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities and heads of CoE’s expert body on trafficking in human beings.
