In the H1 of 2009, 215 people died in accidents in Armenia.
There were 3266 accidents causing 215 deaths and 2642 injuries in H1 of 2009, rescue service at the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports. The number of accidents, victims and injured has decreased compared same period in 2008. There were 3671 accidents with 245 killed and 2921 injured.
In H1 2009, 1645 anthropogenic accidents, where 166 people died and 1240 injured were reported
