Sadi Arslan, the President of DITIB, Turkish Islamic Union for Religious Affairs, addressed Christians and congratulated them on the Easter.
According to Turkish Zaman, in his address, Arslan underlined the significance of religious tolerance, reminding the addressees that the foundation engaged in mosque construction will repair an Armenian church.
Any religious community has natural right to have a place for praying, regardless of whether it is a church or mosque, Sadi Arslan said.
