On April 17 national flags to be lowered in Turkey for Lech Kaczynski and other high ranking officials died April 10 in plane crash.

Turkish administration statement reads: “In the sign of mourning for Lech Kaczunski and other high ranking officials died in the aircrash on April 10 near Smolensk, RF on burial day – April 17 Turkey will lower national flags in all state institutions as well as Turkish representations abroad.”
