President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov will visit Turkey shortly. A corresponding agreement was reached during the phone conversation with Turkish president Abdullah Gul.

According to Turkish mass media, analysts link this visit with recent claims of Turkmenistan to Azerbaijan to disputable areas of the Caspian Sea.

The experts presume the Turkish side will try to determine the controversies between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, as they can impact on the fulfillment of Nabucco project.
