Shots have been fired into the air at a rally in city Osh, southern Kyrgyzstan where the ousted Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev was delivering a speech to his supporters.

The presidential bodyguards shot into the air, when the President started to make a speech and a group of oppositionists came attempted to disrupt the ex-president’s rally, Interfax reports.

The former president was quickly ushered into the stoned SUV and drove away.

Presently, over 1.500 oppositional demonstrators are holding a rally in the city, ITAR-TASS informs.
