Los Angeles police arrested the hitman, who opened fire in Hot Spot restaurant in the North Hollywood, LA and killed 4 people. Nerses Galstyan (26) and his brother Samvel Galstyan (24) were arrested near Seattle, Washington, on April 20, AMGA Armenian TV in Los Angeles reports.

According to police, on April 3 Galstyans were at a friend’s birthday party, who died in a car accident a year ago. Inside the restaurant he got into argument, passions ran high and Galstyan opened fire killing four and wounding two others.

The police identified victims as Harut Baburyan (28), Sargis Karajyan (26), Vardan Tofalyan (31) and Hayk Yegnanyan (25)-all Armenians.

Associated Press agency reported earlier the federal grand jury brought another charge against Galstyan on suspicion of illegal arms deals and possessing a weapon with an obliterated serial number,

Though Samvel Galstyan is believed not to have fired shots, he is accused of an accessory to the crime.
