The bill on NKR recognition sponsored by Heritage faction MPs was adjourned for 15 days at the April 23 sitting of standing committee on foreign relations. The draft labeling the crimes committed by Azerbaijani authorities in Azerbaijan SSR and Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast in 1988-1992 as genocide was also postponed.

Interestingly, Coalition forces oppose recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
