May 8, NKR President Bako Sahakyan attended a solemn meeting in Stepanakert garrison dedicated to the Victory Day, the Day of NKR Defense Army and Liberation of Shoushi.
He awarded veterans of the Great Patriotic War and Artsakh Liberation War, servicemen of Defense Army, as well as officers who made substantial contribution to the republic’s development.
