The Armenian Haykakan Zhamanak daily publications on Armenian foreign policy are so ridiculous that there is no need to either confirm or deny them. Tigran Balayan, Armenian Foreign Ministry press secretary told NEWS.am, commenting on the information about document signed at Moscow talks of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents.

The representative from oppositional Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan has recently stated that document on Nagorno-Karabakh settlement was signed.

On July 17, the seventh Aliyev-Sargsyan meeting and talks with the presence of OSCE MG and Foreign Ministers took place in Moscow. There where no statements made for the press upon the meeting.
