The program of RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s visit to Rostov, Russia, has been altered. The Armenian leader did not attend horse race for the RF President’s prize because of his meeting with RF President Dmitry Medvedev, RA Presidential Spokeman Armen Arzumanyan told NEWS.am.
He pointed out that the Russian leader proposed replacing an informal event with an hour-long official meeting.
