Turkish planes carrying hundreds of activists from the Gaza-bound aid flotilla intercepted by Israeli forces, landed in Istanbul airport.
The bodies of nine people killed by Israeli commandos were flown home, reported BBC.
About 700 activists-including 400 Turks-were trying to break the blockade of the Gaza Strip by bringing in 10,000 tonnes of aid.
Three aircrafts brought 400 foreign activists out of Israel, as well as 37 people who hold British passports. Another plane with activists carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza Strip, landed in Greece.
Turkey is likely to raise the issue on setting up an independent international inquiry into the raid in the UN Security Council, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated. Israel must lift the siege in Gaza Strip for the improvement of relations with Turkey, Davutoglu noted.
Earlier Turkish PM had said Ankara will revise its relations with Israel, if the latter does not release all Turkish citizens till June 2 evening.
