“Russia does not recognize any entity named “Nagorno-Karabakh” and is not going to do it in future. Russian parliamentarians’ visit there was an unnecessary act of presumption”, Sergey Mironov, Chairman of the RF Council of Federation stated at his meeting with Azerbaijani Parliament Speaker Ogtay Asadov in Moscow, APA agency reports.

A delegation headed Ogtay Asadov is in Moscow at Mironov’s invitation.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry declared five Russian MPs, as well as several representatives from France, Germany, Argentina, Iran and a number of other countries, personae non grata for monitoring the May 23 parliamentary elections.
