Azerbaijan’s efforts in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process score 0 on a 20-point scale, Chairman of the France-Armenia Friendship Group Francois Rochebloine told journalists, commenting of the negotiations within the OSCE Minsk Group.
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chaired by France, Russia and the USA is working, but Azerbaijan has to make efforts to find a solution, just as Armenia is doing, Rochebloine said.
