The Georgian Government has allocated 50,000 lari (U.S.$ 27,000) to restore the Armenian Church St. Gevorg in Tbilisi.
The restoration project is to be launched on June 15. Representatives of the RA Ministry of Culture will also participate in the discussions.
The domed St. Gevorg of Mughni Church in Tbilisi (built in 1356) collapsed Nov. 19 in the Old Tbilisi part of the city.
