Due to an unstable situation in Kyrgyzstan, 159 Turkish citizens were transported to Turkey on Tuesday, Ihlassondakika reported.
June 14, Turkish FM Ahmet Davutoglu stated that Turkey would send two planes to Kyrgyzstan to evacuate its citizens from the country.
According to the Turkish Embassy in Bishkek, over 200 Turkish citizens live in Osh and Jalalabad.
The death toll in the Kyrgyz-Uzbek clashes in Osh and Jalalabad (southern Kyrgyzstan) has reached 170.
