The nuclear deal proposed by Brazil and Turkey is still possible, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated at his meeting with Turkish Parliament Speaker Mehmet Ali Sahin.
“The agreement is alive and will play a role in the future talks,” the Associated Press quotes Ahmadinejad
Under the agreement, Iran would send its low enriched uranium to Turkey in return for the higher enriched uranium the country needs for a research reactor.
On June 9, 2010 the U.N. Security Council passed a fourth set of sanctions on Iran's nuke program.
