Challenging UN sanctions on its nuke program,  Iran promised to expand its atomic research as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad promised to punish the West and make it "sit at the negotiating table like a polite child”, Associated Press reports.

The President said Iran will not make "one iota of concessions." According to him, he will soon announce new conditions for the talks with the West, but first he should punish the world powers for sanctions.

Insisting its nuclear work is peaceful, Tehran said it will build 4 new reactors for atomic medical research.
